The medicines like aspirin, acetaminophen, non-steroidal anti flam Tory drugs (NSAIDS) have many adverse effects. The medicines are creating ear loss in men below 60 years especially. The hearing loss can make you to compromise on many things like ability to understand speech, depression, social isolation and at last lower quality of life. The research is conducted by Harvard University, Brigham and Varerbilt universities. The nerve auditory is damaged by the toxin of the pain killer. The study was conducted among 26000 men by health professionals. The study was done by completing a questionnaire consisting of analgesic use, hearing loss, and factors including the physiological and demographic. The users of aspirin under the age of 50 to 59 years were affected around 33%.The users of acetaminophen were 38 % more affected to hearing losses. The medicine did not affect the persons above 60 years and older and only 16% were affected little.
