Business cards or visiting cards are generally given when an individual meets another his client or customer on business. The business cards contain their name, designation of the card holder, name of the company, address details of the company and contact details of the company. It will also hold the logo and caption of the company. The business card is retained by the receiver and stacked in a business card folder. When a need arises to avail service of the business card holder, then the client retrieves the contact information of the person and gets in touch with him. This contact can become prospective business enquiry to the service provider. That why the business cards are considered very important and all business executive carry a bunch of their cards always with them as handy.

After approval, the printer prints few boxes of cards for each employee of the company. Some printer every recycle old business cards and reuse them for making new sets of business cards.
